By creating a structured and reliable flow of information, we aim to reduce confusion, support collaboration, and help families stay fully engaged throughout this important year.

Senior year is filled with milestones, responsibilities, and memorable moments. Our role is to help guide and support families through this journey by keeping everything organized, visible, and easy to navigate.

Why We Do This

We do this out of care and commitment to our children and their experience during this important year.

As parents, we understand how meaningful senior year is, and we want to help create an environment where families feel informed, supported, and connected every step of the way. Through collaboration, communication, and shared effort, we aim to make this journey smoother, more organized, and truly memorable for our students.

Manpower & Event Support

Certain events throughout the year require physical support to ensure proper setup, coordination, and execution. This type of support is essential to bringing each event to life in a safe and efficient way.

We aim to organize this support thoughtfully, recognizing that some tasks may involve lifting, moving materials, or handling equipment.

How You Can Support

Assisting with setup and breakdown of event spaces

Supporting movement of materials, decorations, and equipment

Helping with on-site logistics during events

Assisting with transitions and coordination throughout the event

Important Considerations

To ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, we will:

Clearly identify when physical support is needed

Organize volunteers based on comfort and availability

Encourage participation from all parents and supporters who are able to assist

Every Contribution Matters

Whether you can give your time, share resources, contribute ideas, or offer support behind the scenes, every effort plays a meaningful role in creating a successful and memorable senior year.

There is a place for everyone to be involved.

Your Support

Parent Committees

Throughout the year, Parent Committees will be thoughtfully created to support the various events and activities that define the Class of 2027 senior experience.

These committees play an essential role in ensuring that each event is executed with organization, care, and attention to detail. By working collaboratively, we are able to distribute responsibilities effectively, maintain clear communication, and create meaningful experiences for our students and families.

Senior year is a collective effort, and parent involvement is a key part of bringing each moment to life.

How It Works

Parent Participation

While participation in committees is voluntary, it is an important and valued contribution to the success of our senior year.

We encourage families to be part of this experience in a way that aligns with their availability. Every effort—whether big or small—helps create a well-coordinated, supportive, and memorable environment for our students.

This shared involvement not only strengthens our events, but also builds a stronger and more connected parent community.

Sign-Up Process

To ensure a smooth and organized experience, all participation and collaboration opportunities will be managed through Google Forms.

Each sign-up link provided throughout this website will direct you to a specific form within our Google Forms Library, where you will find all the necessary details related to the event, role, or contribution.

These forms are designed to:

Clearly outline expectations and responsibilities

Help us coordinate efficiently across all activities

Ensure that every contribution is properly organized and accounted for
